Docent
CommonSpirit Health is partnering with Docent on a program that offers expectant mothers a virtual navigator to guide them through their pregnancy and post-partum journey. The navigators offer personalized care plans and access to community resources for all expectant mothers in participating hospitals.
What is Docent? Docent is a virtual care navigator program that is offered to expectant mothers at no additional costs. Pilot programs have shown the program helps connect mothers to pediatricians, reduces preterm births, and decreases the amount of time babies and mothers need to spend in the hospital post-partum.
Where is Docent? The program was initially deployed at four hospitals in California and Arizona, and is currently expanding to CommonSpirit Health hospitals across multiple states.
