April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month

Stacy and Josie are both survivors of sex trafficking. In her video, Stacy describes how she met her abuser online, as a young teenager. In Josie’s video, Josie explains how she often visited health clinics and her providers often missed the red flags. She shares advice with health professionals, including the advice to offer education and resources to patients if you even suspect abuse, neglect, or violence, including human trafficking.
